100% maintenance free, will never rot, rust, splinter or need painting. Easy to clean by spraying with a garden hose, wiping with a damp cloth or power washing for those stubborn stains. Railing systems that are made of wood need plenty of care each year such as sanding, painting, staining or sealing. Split or rotting rails need to be replaced along with twisted balusters on a regular basis in order to maintain appearance and safety. Aluminum and wrought iron need plenty of work too, which makes PVC the ultimate choice for your railing system.
EASY TO INSTALL/ASSEMBLE
Tools needed to assemble rail are hacksaw, level, and electric drill.
1. Cut to length and attach bottom rail to posts with brackets, making sure rail is level.
2. Insert balusters in holes.
3. Cut top T-Rail to length and insert top of balusters into the top rail holes. Secure top rail to the posts with T-Rail brackets and be sure to place a screw through each bracket into the rail for extra safety.
LIFETIME WARRANTY
PMI railing system will look as good 25 years from the day you install your system. Our components are made from rigid PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) resin with nothing less than 10 parts TIO2 (Titanium Dioxide) for UV resistance. The weatherability of our rails enable them to withstand the elements and prevent yellowing.

This railing system is designed to exceed all building code requirements. The aluminum stiffeners in both the top and bottom rails and the heavy duty reinforced structure of the PVC rails, along with the 1 1/2" square balusters makes this a very strong and safe railing system.
Choose from square balusters or colonial balusters to meet your design requirements. Colonial balusters are designed to duplicate the cedar profile. Rail sections available in 6', 8', & 10' kits. Each rail kit contains the necessary parts for installation (top & bottom rail, balusters, brackets with screws, and directions for easy assembly). Whether you want to install it yourself or have a contractor do it, Phoenix Manufacturing Inc. will deliver!
Our PVC rail system can be easily converted to accept our custom mahogany or cedar top rail with our specially designed customizer kit. This will give your porch or balcony a nice touch of elegance and richness.
